P2P Systems Administrator

What the day will look like

  • Provides day-to day support as part of the Global Spend Management (GSM) team that oversee Aon 8B$ corporate spend on annual Procure to Pay (P2P) function, utilizing Cloud based applications.

  • Provides technology guidance and recommendations to GSM Leadership• Administers and configures P2P Platform and contract repository.• Services Stakeholders requests according to the performance expectations.• Identifies problems, determines solutions, and escalates as necessary.• Cooperates with Software Providers Technical Support to secure system tickets resolution.• Manages P2P Systems Administration mailbox collaboratively.• Assists GSM with P2P systems support and expertise across APAC, EMEA & NA/LATAM.• Provides support to internal projects and efforts associated with software release upgrades and new deployments.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Eagerness to learn new business processes

  • Min. 1 year of job experience (P2P/ERP Administration and/or Procurement/Finance preferred)

  • Good communication English skills both in speaking and writing

  • Problem solving, analytical and research skills, creative thinking and identification of solution presentable to business partners.

  • Attention to detail and sense of responsibility for assigned tasks

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of team

  • Proficiency required in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

  • Global mindset and cultural awareness
