What You\'ll Do: In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of Bellin and Gundersen Health System, as well as exploration of community sponsorship and co-branding opportunities. You will be involved with collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels along with participating in various community events. What You\'ll Need: Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field 3-4 years of experience in corporate marketing, public relations, or related field Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles What\'s Available: 1.0 FTE Location: hybrid eligible role. Must be willing to participate in regular on-site for meetings and events as needed in the La Crosse, WI area. Job Description: The Communications Specialist is responsible for working directly with the Business Development & Marketing team and service line partners such as Administrative Directors, medical staff, departmental managers and other staff members to develop and execute communication plans. Working with the Manager, the Specialist is responsible for implementing communication strategies consistent with the corporate strategic plan and brand identity and market position strategy. The Communications Specialist is responsible for internal and external communications, including newsletters, news releases, community magazine, annual reports, quality reports, social media, web copy and other strategic communications.
