JOB REQUIREMENTS: What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be Documenting, analyzing, following up on injuries, safety suggestions, & near misses. Ensuring the organization complies with all current safety regulations and that all employees are aware of safety requirements. Inspecting workplace environments to verify compliance with federal laws, regulations & requirements. Assist in investigating accidents to identify root problems, eliminate existing dangers & develop solutions that will reduce the risk of other accidents from occurring. Organize in class & on floor safety trainings to instruct all workers on proper workplace behavior. Train & support Area Managers, Coordinators & employees to complete their Safety responsibilities while looking for continual improvement opportunities. Develop emergency preparedness plans & create employee resources to direct workers in potentially dangerous situations Coordinate emergency safety drills.
