Field Service Technician
Initiates and executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner; including proactive system troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, preventive maintenance and parts inventory, anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment); Direct interfacing with customer; may be responsible for work in multiple systems /locations/customers.
What your day will look like as a Field Service Technician:
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle, within our Light Industries Division. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is especially encouraged.
Core Responsibilities and Tasks:
Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization
Takes care of company property
Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions
Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer owned equipment
Direct interfacing with customers
May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers
Education Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent, & capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements. May have industry specific license(s)
Experience Requirements:
Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.); Ability to obtain DOT Medical card, clean driving record; Work experience preferred; 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience.
0-2 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices
Must have customer service experience
Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability
Able to pass a background check & pre-employment drug screen
Able to operate a company service vehicle safely
Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus

Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. The starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions
Salary range:
$43,000.00 - $68,500.00
