Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This is a maintenance role in a food manufacturing company. You will primarily be responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PMs) and maintenance on bakery equipment. Common equipment you will work on includes ovens, mixers, conveyors, pneumatic delivery systems, and extrusion machines. You should be able to diagnose issues on the production line and perform necessary repairs, such as adjusting phone-eye sensors on machines.

You may also be responsible for some fabrication work, such as creating covers for machines or catches for excess product, primarily by welding stainless steel materials together. The goal is to perform PMs effectively to prevent reactive breakdowns.

Hours: 2nd shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM) and 3rd shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM). They do not pay for the 30-minute lunch break. This is a 24/7 operation. You will work 5 days per week, but the specific days off will be based on bidding. You can expect to work roughly 48 - 52 hours per week.
