Job Title: Sales AdministratorJob Description

The Sales Administrator (SA) is responsible for growing the customer base and revenue through the processing, confirmation, and communication of all incoming orders. The SA will respond to all leads to ascertain needs and decide on the appropriate program option(s). The SA will then connect potential new customers to existing distributors and/or the field-based sales team for program execution and ongoing product fulfillment.

Hard Skills

  • 2 years of order processing experience

  • JDE, Oracle, SAP or other ERP system experience

  • Experience placing and tracking orders

  • Experience working with accounting on refunds, credits, deductions, etc.

  • Capable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills

  • Proven record of success in developing and maintaining customer relations, interpersonal relationships, and team relations

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Detailed thinking and planning

  • Ability to prioritize own workload

  • Ability to analyze opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs

  • Must be self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in La Vergne, Tennessee.

Work Environment

100% in office. Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday (can have some flexibility on this - just need preference up front). Training - 7am to 4pm. After training, they can move to 8am to 5pm if they prefer or stick with the 7am to 4pm shift.
