Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Lackawanna, New York. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to customer account management, including processing credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate

• Resolve customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Handle daily banking tasks, including cash counts, direct deposits, and deposit adjustments

• Process, print, deliver, and reconcile monthly Accounts Receivable invoices and payments

• Review and coordinate with clients on non-payment cases

• Ensure that all service agreements are appropriately billed to customers

• Maintain client billing records in the general ledger in accordance with service contracts

• Prepare monthly AR aging and audit schedules for all revenue accounts, providing analysis and commentary as needed

• Review monthly facilities billing prep file to ensure the accuracy of invoices distributed to customers. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential

• Proficiency in ERP Solutions is preferred

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is expected

• Ability to manage Cash Activity is essential

• Experience with FUND E-Z software is a plus
