Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will primarily work on production machinery, but will also be responsible for facility maintenance. As multi-techs, they will handle both mechanical and electrical breakdowns. This includes working on injection presses, vacuum injection machines, and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic components. Responsibilities also include working with 3 phase motors, variable frequency drives, and performing preventive maintenance in a high-volume, automated automotive supply facility.
Responsibilities
Work on production machinery and facility maintenance.
Handle mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components such as valves, cylinders, pistons, and plumbing.
Work with 3 phase motors and variable frequency drives.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Operate and troubleshoot injection presses and vacuum injection machines.
Utilize schematics for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ensure proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed.
Essential Skills
Experience in a manufacturing facility.
Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and replace 3 phase motors.
Experience with variable frequency drives.
Basic PLC experience (e.g., Mitsubishi, Omron).
Ability to use a volt meter for troubleshooting electrical issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with injection presses (plastics or rubber).
Robot experience (e.g., Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Cepro, Toshiba).
Servo motor troubleshooting experience.
HVAC experience.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00
