Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards; Identify areas of improvement in existing manufacturing processes and propose upgrades or enhancements to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve quality; Incorporate new manufacturing methods or processes to improve existing operations; Upgrade and test-run manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure compliance with the client's specifications; Diagnose and analyze the origins of manufacturing issues, preparing detailed quality reports and developing plans for system upgrades or repairs to maintain operational efficiency; Prepare clear documentation for new processes and procedures, including SOPs and process flow diagrams; and Consult with customer companies' engineers and technicians regarding proper operation of customized manufacturing systems and provide technical expertise and trainings for troubleshooting and optimal maintenance.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in any engineering major and 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or closely related.
