Our client, a dynamic organization in the human resources sector, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Lake Bluff, IL

Pay Range: $21 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist in coordinating and administering various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefits programs.

• Support recruitment efforts by implementing hiring processes and maintaining job descriptions.

• Engage in employee relations programs and help facilitate training and organizational development initiatives.

• Perform data cleanup and organize efforts to update job descriptions.

• Interact with leaders at all levels of the business to support HR compliance and processes.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR-related role.

• Associate's degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Strong understanding of HR compliance and best practices.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and leaders.
