CandC North America, Inc. (Cosentino North America) has an opening in Lake Dallas, Texas for a Maintenance Technician. Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all production equipment in the facility. Install, dismantle, or move machinery and heavy equipment according to plans. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment. Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery. Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear. Operate, test, maintain, or calibrate unmanned, automated, servo-mechanical, or electromechanical equipment. Monitor equipment performance, document repairs and failures, and control all maintenance recording on CNC routers, stone polishing machines, saws, water jets, and air compressors on company-specific equipment and machinery. Repair, rework, or calibrate hydraulic or pneumatic assemblies or systems to meet operational specifications or tolerances. Control operation of the water treatment system, including metering water usage and tank water levels, conducting filter maintenance (cleaning, changing, and repairing), and performing necessary maintenance on pneumatic diaphragm pumps. Record repairs and maintenance performed. Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. Conduct in depth troubleshooting, analyzing circuits, mechanical interactions, and electronic failures to identify root cause of failure and repair. Identify, research, document, and submit required parts order for preventative and corrective maintenance. Support configuration and electronic service updates as required. Provide support or make recommendations for new or existing equipment with regard to installation, upgrades, or enhancements. Full requirements: High School Diploma or foreign equivalent, plus two years of experience performing maintenance on stone manufacturing equipment, working with hydraulics systems, installing, repairing and testing electronic and computer-controlled mechanical systems, and troubleshooting and repairing compressed air systems including air compressors, pneumatic actuators, and sensors.
