Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing accounting functions, with a primary focus on accounts receivable and billing tasks. You will also handle cash activities and use various accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and process customer credit applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee all accounts receivable tasks, ensuring all procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and update customer credit records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

• Actively participate in the execution of accounting functions, adhering to established guidelines and protocols

• Efficiently manage billing functions, ensuring all invoices are sent out accurately and on time

• Monitor cash activity regularly, taking necessary action to resolve any discrepancies or issues

• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed, while maintaining strict confidentiality of all customer information.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for this role

• Ability to handle and manage Cash Activity is mandatory.
