Description We are searching for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Lake Forest, California. The primary focus of this role will be managing customer credit applications, maintaining precise customer records, and handling customer inquiries. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will also monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications.

• Maintain customer credit records with high accuracy.

• Monitor the call center and billing operations daily.

• Process and update various reports using Excel and Word.

• Handle general office duties as required.

• Manage new owner information, including system setup and new owner packages.

• Apply fees as per resort-managed property requests.

• Carry out daily reconciliation of the lockbox for all cash received and complete monthly roster reconciliation.

• Process daily online payments in a timely manner.

• Handle check processing and deposit.

• Execute various payment adjustments as necessary. Requirements • Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Prior experience in a similar role is not mandatory, but would be advantageous

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required

• Experience with Check Deposit procedures is highly desired

• Familiarity with Lock Box operations is a plus

• Proficient in Payment Processing

• Candidates must be willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are key attributes for this role.
