Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team (warehouse, parts, quality, inventory) offering direction, training, and performance assessments

  • Create and execute strategies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and lower expenses

  • Oversee operational performance and introduce enhancements to meet key performance indicators

  • Assist in management reporting, information distribution, and organizational planning while creating and overseeing a structured quality control process

  • Track metrics and performance for staff

  • Manage the coordination of inventory equipment logistics for events

  • Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of support services

  • Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment

  • Manage discrepancies and returns

  • Lead continued growth of the parts & warehouse departments, including physical department layout and organization

  • Support all sales and service areas and interdepartments communications as needed
