Panel Assembler in Lakeville, MN. Direct Hire.

Job Description

We are currently hiring for panel assemblers to wire up high-performance industrial ovens and other thermal products. The job is mostly done from a sitting position where candidates will be performing point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans. All equipment is new, so there is no live wiring. Candidates will be working off wire diagrams and must have an understanding of how to read them (test available upon request).

Responsibilities

• Perform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans

• Work from wire diagrams to complete assemblies

• Ensure all equipment is properly assembled and functions correctly

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with team members and seek assistance when needed

Essential Skills

• 3+ months of on-the-job wiring or electrical assembly experience, or equivalent education

• 3+ months of experience reading schematics; ladder logic preferred

• Ability to read and interpret wire diagrams

• Ownership of basic tools (wire cutters, wire stripper, and a set of screwdrivers)

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
