Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36.60 - $47 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active assisted living in Lakeville, MN!

This casual RN schedule includes:

• Casual on-call role to help with last-minute preplanned needs

• Day/Evening/night shift

• Weekends as needed

• New Early Wage Access!

The Pillars of Lakeville brings the best of senior care & living to the Twin Cities’ fastest-growing south metro community near Farmington. This beautiful new building will offer 100 senior apartments including independent and assisted living units as well as a carefully crafted memory care neighborhood on the first floor with a patio courtyard.

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care

• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

• Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care

• RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary

• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS)

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

• Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
