Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of the transportation and logistics division, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.
