Scope of role The Linear Motion Division is a major contributor to the Segment, with approximately 1,500 global associates and $400M in revenue. There are 9 main sites located across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, & Europe. This role is based in Cleveland Ohio facility with a total sales volume of $45mil. The product lines include ball screws/nuts and screw jacks. The focus of this role is driving change consistent with policy deployment and the strategic plan and daily management. The Operations Manager will be responsible for directing the manufacturing of quality products and on time delivery to customers. This position is accountable for achieving product cost targets, maintaining proper inventory levels, and a minimum overhead structure. This specifically includes lean manufacturing processes, improving service to our customers, building strong employee engagement, and leading this operation in a very fast-moving industry.
