Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Project Administrator to support the efficient execution of projects. The Project Administrator will assist in coordinating project tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication among team members. This role is vital to ensuring that all project deadlines and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist the project manager in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Maintain up-to-date project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized project records, including contracts, budgets, reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare and distribute status reports to stakeholders.

  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the project team and with external stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for all project-related queries and coordinate meetings.

  • Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, create presentations, prepare agendas, and organize meetings. Assist in creating project proposals and contracts.

  • Resource Management: Help ensure that resources (human, financial, and physical) are available and properly allocated to meet project needs.

  • Budget & Expense Tracking: Assist in monitoring project expenses, preparing invoices, and ensuring projects stay within budget.

  • Compliance: Ensure all project activities are aligned with legal, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in project administration, coordination, or related roles (2+ years preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay:

$30.00-$40.00 per hour*

Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
