Randstad is excited to present an exciting opportunity with a unique client in the Lancaster, PA area. My firm is supporting the search for a Contract & Billing Administrator. This position would be heavily focused on managing 100+ contracts and supporting the billing process. Roughly 80% of your time will be spent managing contracts and 20% supporting the Billing Specialist. This is a highly detailed position that requires previous contract management experience and excellent attention to detail. This position reports directly to the CFO. Responsibilities

  • Performs day-to-day contract administration while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all recurring contract records.

  • Post Contract changes, credits/debits.

  • Responsible to respond to all contract group emails and voicemails on a timely basis.

  • Assist multiple departments with various contract-related issues and provide administrative support when needed.

  • Manages contracts by working closely with clients.

  • Prepares invoices for the Accounts Receivable Department.

  • Ensures application of appropriate billing rates to each contract; manages monthly, quarterly, and annual billings; answers customer questions related to billing and invoices.

  • Coordinates with various departments to provide information regarding contractual rights and obligations and other contract-related questions.

  • Creates and manages client-specific reporting for the same client, sales, accounting, and/or other internal departments.

  • Ensures data integrity by performing quality control reviews of work.
