Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will work on multiple machines, including injection molding equipment, ensuring their proper maintenance and functionality.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct PLC troubleshooting and maintenance, including programming and adjustments.
Read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose issues.
Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machinery automation.
Execute welding tasks as needed for machinery repair and maintenance.
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical components of industrial machines.
Work with robotics and automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in maintenance technician tasks.
Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Knowledge of automation systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Experience with welding and mechanical troubleshooting.
Familiarity with robotics and injection molding equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with plastics injection molding.
Knowledge of ladder logic and 3-phase electrical systems.
Certification in industrial maintenance or related fields is a plus.
