Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks to keep our client's apartment community running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Install faucets
• Unclog sinks and toilets
• Replace shower heads, blinds, thermostats, etc.
• Assist maintenance supervisor with two-person jobs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
• Good physical condition and strength
• Attention to detail
• Reliability and dependability
• Adherence to safety and quality standards
• Willingness to grow with the company

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

• Jeans/Work pants/Khakis Work shirt with no offensive images
