  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when dealing with others

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance

  • Treat customers/donors with respect and with courtesy at all times

  • Ability to prioritized work, multi-task, work well under pressure and be a self-starter

  • Ability to work well with a team

  • Service minded team player

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Accept donations from the general public and distribute to the appropriate area

  • Keep immediate work area clean and safe

  • Prepare donations to be sent to the store floor, repair area or disposal

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleanup on the premises

  • Sort and price items to be moved to the store floor

  • Efficiently pick up donations as a Driver Helper within Las Cruces

  • Assist unloading trucks and distribute to the appropriate area

  • Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach with hands and arms on a continuous basis. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
