Description:

Summary:

As the Creative Coordinator you serve as the primary point of contact for projects and facilitating communication between designers and clients. You are responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring all creative requirements are met, and overseeing the smooth execution of design tasks. Your strong communication skills will ensure that projects are completed on time. Your role involves managing multiple tasks and ensuring alignment between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Run daily/weekly creative reports out of Workamajig

  • Provide administrative support to all areas of creative

  • Act as the main point of contact between casino property groups and designers on all assigned projects

  • Coordinate and communicate client needs, feedback, and requirements to the design team

  • Ensure the design team understands project scope, goals, and timelines

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track

  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise

  • Ensure client expectations are clear, and that the final deliverable aligns with their vision

  • Maintain organized project documentation, including spec sheets, timelines, and feedback

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively

  • Communicate project status updates to clients and internal teams

  • Review and approve designs before sending them to clients for final approval

  • Handle property feedback, revisions, and requests throughout the design and production process

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions between clients, designers, and internal teams. Use strong verbal and written communication to manage expectations, deliver updates, and resolve issues promptly

  • Stay up to date with marketing best practices to provide informed guidance and ensure creative solutions align with industry standards

  • Skillfully manage competing priorities, balancing multiple projects with conflicting deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail

  • Ability to navigate complex situations and adjust workflows as needed to maintain momentum and meet deadlines across various stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, is they apply to the position

  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in role with similar responsibilities or with relevant transferrable skills in a similar environment (preferred/required)

  • Understanding of a creative services agency preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Works well within a fast-paced deadline driven team environment

  • Proven experience providing high level of guest service

  • Working experience with Workamajig and Mac computers preferred

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system

  • At least 21 years of age

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar study preferred

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

  • Verify right to work in the United States
