An Implementation Specialist's role is tactical. You will be the primary support for the Client Services Manager - part of the team responsible for executing all new client onboarding related initiatives. This is a strictly back-office operations support role with some customer service duties. You should expect to support all system onboarding and updating efforts.

This is an in-office position. Please do not expect to work remotely. Position offers benefits like 401K, medical and dental. No relocation is offered. Please do not apply if you cannot make the daily commute.

Key Responsibilities

• Data implementation, entry and analysis
• Build digital forms via internal tools
• Bringing the new clients onboard system with whatever contribution required
• Assisting current clients in utilizing system
• Collaboration and Communication
• Execute instructions from Client Services Manager
• Communicate with all areas of the company
• Work with systems and product teams counterparts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent minimum
• Core competences: knowledge of productivity software like Excel, Google Workspace, Slack
• Knowledge of technology or NYC real estate industry a plus
• Must be a proactive self-starter and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
