We are now accepting applications for a Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead) to join the team located at our Summerlin branch in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Functions:

  • Leads the daily activities of client service associates.

  • Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.

  • Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.

  • Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.

  • Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.

  • If needed, supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.

  • Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.

  • If needed, be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.

  • Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.

  • Working knowledge of math.

  • Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.

  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
