Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay: $20 - $31 an hour/ Weekly Pay!

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance of manufacturing and production equipment. This role includes mechanical and electrical repairs, welding, and troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Basic knowledge of PLCs is highly preferred. The technician should also be able to troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors. This position requires working in confined spaces and at heights. Additionally, the technician will handle basic facility maintenance and repairs. Occasionally, the technician may need to assist with tasks outside of their job description, such as production, quality control, and shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance of manufacturing and production equipment.

• Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs, including welding.

• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Handle basic knowledge of PLCs and troubleshoot 3-phase motors.

• Work in confined spaces and at heights as required.

• Perform basic facility maintenance and repairs.

• Assist with production, quality control, and shipping/receiving tasks as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in multiple trades (Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Work, Welding/Fabrication)

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience (preferred)

• Strong teamwork skills

• Willingness to occasionally take on tasks outside of direct responsibilities

Work Environment

The job involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work at a grain facility. It includes heavy industrial tasks, and occasionally requires working at heights and in confined spaces. The shift is from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties every other weekend.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $31.00
