Handle multiple projects from RFP to Bid submission, prepare estimates, bid proposals, RFIs, Submittals, Punch Lists and Closeout docs. using MS Project, Excel, Foundation Accounting software. Assist PM in planning, scheduling, material/equipment deliveries, monitoring job cost and production, and selecting sub-contractors. Train and supervise Project Engineers and Estimators.
