KIHOMAC Program Manager in Layton, Utah
Expertise and Functions
Manage a large geographically dispersed workforce
Perform program governance
Execute multiple project integration management
Manage resources across multiple projects
Manage stakeholder communication
Ensure responsiveness and negotiate submitted proposals with the Contracting Officer/Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (CO/COTR)
Ensure that projects are fully controlled, that goals and objectives are set, program responsibility is assigned, and results are documented
Maintain a general knowledge of all technical and management areas of the contract
Interface with Government management personnel, contractor managers, and customer agency representatives
Formulate and enforce work standards, and assign, schedule and review work
Disseminate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
Support Director, Leadership team and/or Management team as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree in technical, business, or related field required
PMP Certification, or minimum 2 years managing DoD programs in lieu of PMP Certification, preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years of Program Management or associated experience with Government or Industry
Security:
Must be a US citizen
Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
Physical Requirements:
Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
