This is an associate to hire role in Leawood, KS.

Picker Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Pick orders assigned within a specific zone of the Pick Module - Accurately read and interpret product locations using the Lightning Pick Module system - Identify and verify box labels based on priority identification codes, product numbers, and SKU descriptions - Knowledge of how to use RF scanner - Pick, package, and ship items according to standard operating procedures - Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures aligned with 6S safety guidelines - Collaborate with team members and cross-train in additional areas of the Pick Module

Picker Requirements: - Previous experience in order picking, warehouse, or logistics preferred - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours per shift - Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 pounds repeatedly - Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching to retrieve or place items - Ability to work in varying temperatures, including warehouse conditions that may be hot or cold - Comfortable working at heights, including on platforms or ladders, as needed - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy - Strong attention to detail and ability to read product labels and location codes - Willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
