CITY OF LEBANON Police Records Specialist in LEBANON, Missouri
POSITION:POLICE RECORDS SPECIALIST - (Clerk I) DEPARTMENT:Police CLOSING DATE:SEPTEMBER 20, 2024
PRIMARY DUTIES:
This is entry-level office support work involving a variety of records management tasks. Primary responsibilities include maintaining all police records/reports (i.e., criminal, evidence, incident, motor vehicle accident, etc.).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diplomaor equivalentPLUS two (2) years experienceworking in a multi-task, high public contact environment. Prior experience working with criminal records preferred.
OR
One (1) year of experience in aDispatcherposition with the City of Lebanon or a municipal government entity.
SALARY INFORMATION:
Placement within the range depends on experience, education, and training.
POSITION/CATEGORY:Regular/Full-Time LEVEL OF PAY:L05 RANGE:$17.96 - $28.64 per hour
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Pre-Employment Drug Testing, successful Background Check, and Computer Voice Stress Analysis (CVSA).
