ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision of the Scheduling Team, including Performance Management process.
• Responsible for the metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) compilation and reporting, analyzing demand versus production capacity and advising / recommending.
• Provides training needed for functional duties of Scheduling Team.
• Finding solutions to keep production running and to meet customer requests when issues threaten.
• Pre-demand and Demand Management process participation.
• Plant SandOP meeting and reporting responsibility.
• The Materials go-to person for Oracle training and processes.
• Manage and participate in Materials Department related Lean projects.
• Responsible to conduct Finished Goods Analyses.
• Manage the Finished Goods programs.
• Travel: 5%

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

Bachelors degree or equivalent; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. APICS certification preferred.
