Construction Admin
DMH Solar is a construction company looking for a punctual and reliable individual with previous experience in inventory control, order selection, and tool management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would possess basic knowledge of tools and materials used in general construction to oversee and regulate company inventory and tool distribution. It is essential to have strong organizational skills and proficiency with computer systems to fit in this role.
The tasks in this role would include but are not limited to :
- Overseeing consumable item inventory levels at our shop and in our 7 work trailers by utilizing in-house inventory software (Sortly)
- Monitor low stock alerts and par levels for regularly used items
- Create purchase orders and alert management of items that need to be restocked; price checking as needed
- Oversee power tool & attachment inventory utilizing one key inventory app
- Sending out tools for repair and tracking lead times for repairs
- Etch/Mark company tools as needed
- Picking orders for our crew and project needs; some items can be large and heavy in nature, must be able to meet physical expectations
- Driving to pick up or drop off parts, tools, and/or materials to jobsites
- Running errands to local hardware store, post office, etc. as needed
- Load orders in appropriate vehicles and/or trailers, some items may need to be loaded using forks if over 50-75 pounds.
- Occasionally tie down attachments and/or equipment to trailers for transport
- Maintaining overall shop cleanliness and organization
Pay and Benefits:
Job Type: Full-time, report in person
Pay: $21 depending on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits: Offered after 90 days of employment

Requirements
• Proficiency in organizational software (Micrsoft Apps, Milwaukee Onekey, Sortly) • Ability to work Monday - Friday (hours can be flexible but would prefer 8 hour days) • Ability to lift 50lbs or more. • Excellent verbal communication • Thorough attention to detail • The ability to work well with others • Excellent attitude and eagerness to learn. • Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints
