Aerotek Electrician in Lebanon, Tennessee

Job Title: Electrician

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, lighting, and control systems, in industrial and commercial environments.

  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems.

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Use hand and power tools to perform tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and code requirements.

  • Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
