Nurse Assistant Lab Instructor
Location: Lehi, UT
Status: Part-time
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Pay / Salary: $17.00 an hour
Summary
As a Nurse Assistant Lab Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. By mentoring and training Nurse Assistant students in a hands-on learning environment, you will help them build the confidence and skills needed to make a real difference in patients’ lives. Working closely with the classroom instructor, you’ll ensure that lab training reinforces theoretical learning and prepares students for success in the field. This position offers the opportunity to inspire future caregivers and may require occasional travel between our Provo and Lehi campuses.

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities of the Nurse Assistant Lab Instructor include, but are not limited to:
Lead and engage students in hands-on lab instruction, fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Assess student progress through written, oral, practical, and performance-based evaluations.
Create a student-focused atmosphere that promotes growth, professionalism, and a passion for patient care.
Maintain accurate records to track student performance, accountability, and development.
What We’re Looking For:
Education Requirements: A high school diploma.
Certifications: Must have a current National Nurse Assistant Certificate.
Organizational Abilities: Hard working with strong skills in time management, multitasking, and organization to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
Attention to Detail: Sharp problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in daily tasks.
