Adecco US, Inc. Front Desk Admin Support in Lenexa, Kansas
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Support person for a temporary position. This role is expected to last for 4-6 weeks, with the potential to turn permanent depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying.
Provide receptionist and assistant support as needed.
Other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or assistant is preferred.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
