Job Description

You will collaborate with experts, apply effective strategies, and implement global procurement processes.
Job Responsibilities
Complete purchasing activities, including supplier selection, negotiation for price, quality, timeliness, specifications, and contract administration.
Provide internal and external customers with timely price quotes and follow up on damaged products, filing freight claims as needed.
Ensure billing accuracy according to contract specifications and meet inventory goals by managing tracking systems.
Serve as an operational buyer for managing SAP/Ariba material and service purchase orders, including negotiation and vendor onboarding.
Coordinate invoices with accounts payable, negotiate with suppliers, and handle claims with carriers in case of damage.
Analyze and compare commercial proposals, develop negotiation strategies, and prepare supplier contracts in collaboration with the internal legal department.
Develop and maintain efficient supplier relationships through risk/performance management and keep procurement master data updated in SAP/Ariba.
Coordinate and manage Supplier Change Notifications (SCNs) using Trackwise and ensure smooth collaboration with suppliers and internal departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficient in German and English (C1).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing, with experience in the Pharma Industry as a plus.
Strong contract negotiation, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to meet complicated service demands and timelines.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with flexibility to collaborate in different international project teams.
