This position is part time 60%.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flawless handling of customer and supplier visits

• Coordinate back office duties, including office supplies, distribution, and meal vouchers

• Serve as the central contact point for mail and packages

• Provide support for the switchboard

• Collaborate with security personnel for badge creation and access regulations

• Offer administrative support for various projects and departments at the location

• Prepare and successfully implement meetings and workshops

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar administrative role

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills

• Fluent English and German language skills (French language skills are nice to have)

• MS Office, digital literacy

• Ability to determine and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams

• Proficient in using office software and technology

• Strict attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
