Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Leominster, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: Special Education Teacher

Description:

• Working in self contained sub separate classroom for students with ASD, students are behavioral and classroom has varying caseload based on grade level placement. Classrooms do have support staff to assist lead teacher with management.

• All sped teachers will attend write IEPs and attend IEP meetings, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, manage classroom and para staff, create lesson plans, and monitor student progress.

Location: Leominster, MA

Facility Type: Public School

Start: ASAP

Duration: Full School Year 24/25

Hours: Mon - Fri School Hours 7/8a - 2/3p (varies based on building)

Pay Rate: $55/hr - DESE licensure / $37/hr - unlicensed
