Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

Located in Lewis Center, we are seeking a Cleanroom Technician to join our expanding production and cleanroom teams due to a significant new project in Cyber Security. This is a 1st shift role, paying up to $22/hour. The shift runs from 6:30am to 4:00pm (Mon-Thu) and 6:30am to 3:00pm (Fri; every other Friday off) . Minimal overtime is required. Interviews will be conducted in one round.

Your duties will include reading and interpreting technical documents, cleaning and preparing parts, performing assembly operations, using various equipment and precision tools, measuring parts, and ensuring quality and performance standards are met. You will also be involved in process improvement documentation and collaborating with supervisors or engineers to resolve production issues.

Daily tasks include assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and products according to quality specifications and process procedures.

Hard Skills

• 1 or more years of Cleanroom Technician experience

• 1 or more years of Small Part Assembly experience

• 1 or more years of experience working under a microscope

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lewis Center, Ohio.

Work Environment

This is a very clean and climate-controlled environment. The company prides itself on a strong working culture, so new employees need to be able to get along well with others. The facility includes departments for Production, Warehouse, Assembly, Fabrication, Quality, and Engineering. The company is family-owned and has close to 60 employees.
