Description
Must be able to lift 50 pounds alone
Knows times and temps formulas
Must be able to follow mix chart batches, able to read and follow water charts and mix logs. Must be able to multitask
Capable of operating large production mixers
Capable of understanding and operating Mixing Valve
Operates and supplies Glazer
Maintains shortening reservoir on Fry Line
Over run does not exceed 1 %
Ensures all checklists are maintained
Breaks open donut from each batch to check for raw product
Ensures production numbers are met
Ensures production numbers are accurate
Practices “clean as you go” work habits
Ensures all products are made to highest quality standard
Keeps line neat and organized
Works with team leader to meet deadlines
Prepares area so there is little down time between products
Keeps catcher busy and employs his assistance during product changes
Does not disturb others while working
Knows and can performs all aspects of each job on both lines
Knows and uses all safety policies and safety equipment
Accepts responsibility for his successes and his failures
Helps others
Works with co-workers to correct mistakes and takes preventative measures to ensure problems will not happen again
Is aware of his mixes and his product; can determine from product appearance where a problem may have originated
Keeps busy by assisting other departments when work is caught up
Has the companies best interest in mind
Looks out for safety of others
Works safely, notices dangerous situations and corrects safety issues with Team Leader
Keeps area neat and clean and mops up wet areas on the floor
Informs Team Leader and Supervisor of dangerous situations
