Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Lexington, Kentucky. The selected individual will be integrated into our team, playing a crucial role in managing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role also includes monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy at all stages

• Keep customer credit records updated and precise

• Actively manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required

• Handle the ordering of supplies and work towards improving the existing process

• Regularly reconcile bank accounts, maintaining accuracy across 14 bank accounts

• Manage the allowances for the peer mentor/recovery program

• Ensure confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive data such as salaries

• Regularly follow up with program directors to track services monthly reports

• Ensure timely pickups of cash from various site offices for bank deposits at least three times a week. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is expected

• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is required

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Data Entry skills are essential

• Experience with Invoice Processing is necessary

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus

• QuickBooks experience is preferred

• Knowledge of SAP software is desirable
