We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our automotive manufacturing facility in Frankfort, KY. You will manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and lead a team of staff to meet production targets.

Responsibilities include planning and optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• 5+ years in production management, preferably in the automotive industry

• strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ERP systems and production software

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in automotive manufacturing

salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• 5-7 years progressive leadership in a manufacturing (converting a plus) environment

• Auto manufacturing experience preferred

• Direct/Indirect knowledge working with Toyota
