Northwest Community Health Center Administrative Assistant in Libby, Montana
Northwest Community Health Center is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join its healthcare team. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the operation supporting the Executive Director; handling day-to-day business activities, including cash and banking duties in compliance with internal control structure; coordinating facility housekeeping and maintenance services; management of marketing activities; maintenance of provider insurance credentialing documents; office supply purchasing; and organization of corporate documents. The administrative assistant must work independently and establish priorities, organizing workload to complement the needs and deadlines of the organization, and create a friendly, cooperative impression on visitors/customers, staff and others.The ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement, strict confidentiality and cooperation is essential. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, basic administrative computer skills, excellent communication skills, and a positive and outgoing personality. Two years’ experience in administrative office work and previous medical or dental clinic experience preferred.
