Job Title: PLC Technician - $35 - $38/hr

Job Description

• Troubleshoot and program PLCs

• Work with Electricity up to 480v

• Interpret schematics

• Work with photoeyes, sensors, and switches

• Analyze, troubleshoot, replace, and install electrical AC/DC controls

• Perform power distribution troubleshooting and electrical installations

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical manufacturing and facility equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production machines

• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery and equipment

• Recommend improvements in maintenance and operational procedures

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and modify PLCs and programming for high-speed production equipment and batch processes

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using precision measurement tools

• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals for troubleshooting

• Calibrate analog and digital instrumentation

• Repair, install, and program VFDs
