Superior Forge & Steel Corporation?is currently hiring a?Maintenance Laborer?for our operation in Lima, Ohio.? The Maintenance Laborer is a member of our Maintenance Department responsible for providing mechanical maintenance assistance and support for plant facilities and equipment. 

Salary:?Wage up to $23.22/hr.?benefit/insurance package, 8 paid holidays, 401K, Paid Time Off (PTO), Additional Paid Relief Days,?$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS, and this position is eligible for the Production Incentive Program. 

Responsibilities: 

• General building and machinery maintenance 
• Maintenance project support 
• Dismantling and installing machinery and equipment 
• General plant maintenance 
• Other maintenance tasks as needed 

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions: 

• Must be capable of performing physical tasks 
• Exposed to seasonal temperature changes 
• Manufacturing environment with heat, noise, dust, and vibration 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Previous mechanical or construction experience a plus 
• Welding skills a plus 
• Attention to detail 
• Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen 

Classification: Hourly
