What you'll do: * Coach and develop area Maintenance Supervisors to drive safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities * Lead maintenance contractor development and continuous improvement * Drive gap analysis and resolution for maintenance coordination deficiencies in the field * Ensure work quality control processes are followed * Continue to develop and build partnership with nested contractors to deliver additional value to the site * Efficiently manage budgeted funds up to $50 million * Use data to identify performance gaps and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions * Create development plans and continuous improvement goals for direct and indirect reports * Develop and execute tactical plans to drive maintenance delivery improvement * Accountable for delivery of maintenance schedule compliance and coaching the behaviors that will drive improvement * Willingness to be on call to address site maintenance needs outside of normal scheduled hours Who you are: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in refining or chemical industry * Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance work management, coordination, planning and/or supervision * Experience using SAP to plan and manage work and costs * Experience working with and leading cross functional teams to solve problems * Ability to assess and understand data to drive decision making * Understanding of contractual agreements with nested contractors * Continuous improvement mindset We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
