The Senior Process Improvement Advisor leads large scale complex process improvement initiatives that are often cross-functional in nature and may require usage of advanced process improvement methodologies and tools. The incumbent works with a team of subject matter experts in the identification and execution of process improvement projects that sustainably improve customer and associate experiences while enhancing overall company performance. This position requires active leadership, change management, and technical competence. It also may involve training and coaching for less tenured Process Improvement Advisors, as well as Green Belts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Successfully execute a portfolio of process improvement projects sufficient to meet or exceed the Advisors annual financial benefit target as defined by senior leadership.
  2. Provide coaching and guidance to Process Improvement Advisors to aid them in successful execution of their projects.
  3. Establish good working relationships with business unit associates to understand current structure and process flows.Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  4. Measure process performance and conduct rigorous analysis to lead the project towards recommendations which substantially improve process performance.
  5. Conduct advanced process improvement techniques such as statistical analysis to drive determination of the root cause of process defects or breakdowns.
  6. Design and conduct training programs with Green Belt candidates across the company to further spread organizational improvement.
  7. Lead multiple complex project streams efficiently and diplomatically in a sometimes high-pressure or complex environment.
  8. Develop key reporting metrics that can measure process performance and productivity.
  9. Effectively present recommendations to management with appropriate data supporting the conclusions.
  10. Demonstrate ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.
  11. Educate associates on the value that continuous process improvement can provide to the organization.
  12. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Grade 18

Pay Range:\$102550 - \$121771 per year
