The Production Supervisor will perform daily walks and visual inspections of the production floor in observation of unsafe acts or conditions, maintain desired product quality and safety, adhere to product specification requirements throughout the manufacturing process to maintain the desired product quality results.

Production Supervisor job responsibilities include: - Maintain safety/environmental self-audits and visual checks, champion all safety or ergonomic activities for the department and help to develop and meet plant safety goals - Perform interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions - Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with HACCP and FDA regulations, taking corrective -action when necessary - Maintain or exceed goals on yields and efficiencies
