Responsibilities
The Administrative Support Specialist will perform a variety of administrative and routine clerical tasks. Responsibilities may include:
•Organizing and managing files
•Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
•Keeping detailed records of communication with customers
•Supporting staff with organizational tasks
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills and be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Preferred experience with accounting software and taxes. A professional demeanor and a pleasant personality are highly valued.
This position will start as part-time with the potential to quickly transition to full-time.
